我经常舀一碗水，放在院子里，放一粒糖精在里面，糖精在冷水里不融化，要不停搅动。第二天起来，碗里出现一块碗一样的冰块，异常甜，我就得到了一块糖冰，享受一整天，欢天喜地一整天。这样的试验十次有九次成功，但也有失败的时候，上面半块冰，下面半碗水，让人很不甘心。为了保证成功，我努力去找一个最寒冷的地方放置碗，后来发现，最成功的地方是房后的檐沟，那里见不到太阳，还有风呼啸不息。要让碗里的水成冰，不需放在雪里，而是放在一块石头上，虽然碗底会和石头粘连在一起，但我也是从这一现象发现，雪也有温度。
